  WOW!  I finally managed to do a blog hop! I know to most of you it's no big deal, but I have tried so many time and failed ---it was becoming depressing.  Sometimes it the little accomplishments that make us feel the greatest rewards.  Like out little people who just can't seem to 'get it' and then they do and their smile brightens their face like the sum.  It's a good thing.  Happy me!

You may already know this, but I didn't---TPT doesn't list your followers.  When I tried to find out who was following me, I was given a message that told me they were considering making a list of a store's followers available to the store owner.

Teachers Notebook does make a list of your followers and it is easily accessible to the shop owner.

OK, now for the outside of my room.  The Overall Me posters the kids took home and were suppose to have their parents help them with.  I sent a note telling them to help them with the project, but not to actually do the work for them. I was hoping for a little bit more over the top, but I guess the beginning of school is a little bit busy for them. Anyway I still like them and the kids are very proud of their Overall Me, so I'm happy!

We have just finished the third week of school and we have been very busy.  I have 20 students this year and we are off to a good start. These are pictures of the inside of my classroom.

     

  

Tomorrow is open house for parents and students.  We will be there from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.  I drive for 30 minutes to get home, so it will be even later for me.  I have taken some pictures of my new room decorations and will get with posting on my blog as soon as this week settles down.
This is the 3rd week of school for us and next week will be progress reports to send out.  We have almost finished the first 3 weeks of school.  I can't believe it is going so fast for me.  We are off to a quick start.  Happy teaching!
